This is my ThunderCats based Original Character

Personality:

Cocky, laid back, sporty, with little to no regard of rules or norms, adventurous, had more than a few screws loose with makes her a bit of a daredevil for her own good especially in battles with she never shy away from, no sense of tact as she can be brutally honest, with least than perfect manners, a fully colored vocabulary and worse personal grooming than a mutant, always up to mischief and fun.

Bio/History:

Kendra was the daughter of a legendary player of a popular and rough thunderian sport equivalent of the Quidditch which is played with spaceboards. At the age of 5 Kendra started to show telekinetic abilities which came as a shock for her parents, for wildcats are a race with no powers whatsoever, always backing of cunning, that torn them apart because for one hand they wanted to support and encourage her abilities but on the other they were afraid that, if discovered, people would wrongly think that the father had telekinesis as well and he that good of a player for that reason and they would become social pariahs, so the ¨do your thing as long as no one is looking¨ became a tacit rule.

Her mother then had cancer and passed away when she was 7 and her father saddened never remarried, though he never lacked of offers. Kendra was the only child and with her mother out of the picture her father was clueless about how to raise a girl and since she already showed similar tastes as his and an increased interest for the sport he pretty much raised her like the son he never had, taking her to the stadiums and such. Growing up around big macho players, Kendra become a consummated tomboy and being her father’s daughter, she was so good with the spaceboard it was as though she was born with one under her arm, she even thinks Snarfball is for sissies.

When Thundera was dying her father out of desperation managed to save her life at the last minute by forcing her into a small spaceship, not knowing what kind of people she was leaving with, which turned out to be the least honored bunch so she had to put up with a lot of crap, until she one day was discovered using her powers and was even more abused because they taunted her and insulted her dad’s memory with the ¨oh gee no wonder he was THAT GOOD!¨ and even they went as far as trying to take her father’s spaceboard from her, Kendra had had it and after giving them the scare of a lifetime she managed to steal the spaceship and wandered the universe for a long time struggling just to survive until it malfunctioned and as luck would have it she crash landed on Third Earth and was on her own for a good time until her and the ThunderCats paths crossed.

Powers/abilities:

Kendra can levitate just about anything at will, even elements like water and fire, but when it comes to heavier objects such as a spaceship, it causes her strain and needs about 20 minutes to recover, she’s likely to pass out if she abuses her powers, she can control whatever is thrown at her and throw it back, but when it comes to herself it is limited, she can levitate herself and be suspended in midair as high as a 2 floor building or float around for about 5 minutes, if she wants to reach higher then she has to use her spaceboard. Though unknown for herself she is more powerful, but because of her past her untapped potential is wasted.

Vehicles/gadgets:

Kendra is the owner of her father’s spaceboard, the only thing she could save from her home world’s destruction and loves it as much as Panthro loves his tank and every more often she keeps updating it to make it faster and cooler, she even created a bracelet that she wears on her left wrist in which can command it in case she is away and make it come to her, it also monitors her heart beating when using her powers and let her know when she’s reaching her limits.
